EPR ( Extended Producer Responsibility )
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a concept designed to integrate environmental costs into the production process of a product until it is no longer usable. This allows environmental costs to become a component of the product’s market price and become the responsibility of the producer. The Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policy is stipulated in Article 15 of Government Regulation No. 81 of 2012 and Law No. 18 of 2008. However, in reality, these government regulations have not been implemented evenly by producers, particularly in the application of the EPR concept.
PT CIPTA BERKAH BERLIMPAH NUSANTARA acts as a recycling industry that helps producers implement EPR in accordance with applicable regulations.
